A new €125 million development by JCD Group is set to change the landscape for Cork Docklands with 250,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art office blocks just minutes from the city centre.
The scheme has been designed to tastefully accommodate and incorporate the historic Penrose House, which was built in 1833, will also consist of two large individual office buildings. Penrose One will be located on the river with a net lettable area of 78,000 sq ft and Penrose Two will be located next to the new pedestrian entrance to Kent station and will have a net lettable area of 160,000 sq ft.
