This is computer generated showhouse based very closely on our unit plans and standard finishes - however some aspects, such as panelling shown in the master bedroom and the granite work top in the kitchen are not included as standard. Does the new Help to Buy Scheme increase from 5% to 10% mean you won't need a deposit to buy a new home? If the house in question is less €300,000 (and you qualify) then in theory - the required 10% deposit will be fully covered by the scheme!

The Help to Buy Scheme has increased to 10% and will now cover up to €30,000 of your deposit. So does this mean you don't have to save for a deposit at all?
