Possibly my favourite room now… it has a small double fold out sofa bed and desk. Light streams through the beautiful window, making it perfect to sit and read, work from home or maybe do a little yoga!

The kitchen has all the equipment you might need including a Nespresso coffee machine, slow cooker, microwave, double oven and hob plus all the usual utensils. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, cloakroom space and more cupboard space. The kitchen is a lovely place to sit and look out into the little courtyard and the Sperrin mountains.

Located in the quiet village of Straw, at the foot of the Sperrin Mountains, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounds you. Just a short walk to the centre of Draperstown, you will find yourself in the ideal location for visiting many tourist attractions:

This is a 4 bedroom town house that sleeps six+ people comfortably with 2 private parking spaces to the front and a small enclosed private garden to the back. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor:
The Master bedroom is ensuite with a King size bed, storage and TV.
The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe .
Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed and wardrobe.
The fourth Bedroom/Office has a small double sofa/fold out sofa bed and desk / storage space
The main Bathroom with electric shower and bath is also on this floor.
The entrance hall on the ground floor is spacious with adjoining rest room (toilet and wash hand basin) and a fully equipped kitchen/diner with Nespresso coffee machine and many kitchen utensils and appliances. Just off the kitchen is a spacious utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and iron etc.
The Lounge is comfortably furnished with Smart TV, Sport Channels, Netflix and Wifi and cosy log burning stove. In here there is a double sofa bed in case you need extra space for guests. *
