The collection of buckets in the attic (and the picture only shows some of the 19 buckets we counted) was the give away. After getting a close look at the roof tiles, we found the problem. A 40mm lap on roof tiles just won't keep the water out. Sadly this house needs a full roof strip and recover to make sure those buckets go into retirement.

I was delighted to be involved in the delivery of this project and to attend the official opening today after 12 months of challenging but rewarding work. The result is a first of kind logistics facility in ireland. Working with a fantastic project team and a great client I had a wide and varied role which included securing landlord approval, project scope development, builders works tendering and contractor appointment, construction monitoring, project team co-ordination, cost management, statutory consent.

As we continue to expand our global footprint, today our team gathered to celebrate the opening of our second distribution center in Dublin, Ireland.
