☀️🏡 June is National Homeownership Month, but for me, it’s also a month to celebrate myself and my journey in real estate. Today marks 16 years since I started this incredible career, and I still can’t believe how far I’ve come while continuing to work hard and keep rocking!
I still remember my very first commission—50,000 HUF—earned just three weeks after I started my career in real estate. I cried tears of happiness. That was back in 2010, right in the middle of the housing crisis in the Budapest market.
Since then, I have worked for companies, become self-employed with the guidance of a great mentor and friend, moved to another country and rebuilt myself as an estate agent there, worked for companies again, and eventually returned to self-employment.
There have been difficult times and great times, but one thing I have never done is give up. I have helped so many people over the years, and my favourite moment is hearing my clients’ excitement when they can hardly believe they have found their dream home. That feeling is priceless.
This career is my true passion. Real estate is something you have to love—otherwise, it simply won’t work. I can see myself continuing to do this with the same passion for many years to come.
I’m incredibly grateful to be able to do something I truly love, on my own terms, whenever and wherever I want. I worked hard for this, and I’m thankful for all the colleagues, mentors, clients, and, of course, my family who have supported me and my business both nationally and internationally. 🙏🏻
