We’re delighted to announce that we are ready to start construction on 304 new homes in Cherrywood.

The 304 new homes will be within a new neighbourhood called Cherry Lane, within five minutes walk of Laughanstown LUAS station. Cherry Lane will comprise a mixture of 167 houses, 36 apartments and 101 duplexes.

We intend to commence construction once the public health restrictions on construction activity are eased, with the first launch planned for Autumn of this year.
