Located at 39-43 Merrion Square East (opposite side to the National Gallery) Ella House will become Ireland’s most sought after workspace destination.

These five handsome Georgian houses, spanning 45,000 sq.ft., are benefiting from a comprehensive, sustainability focussed refurbishment.

We will have 21 bespoke spaces available on flexible licence terms for teams of 10 - 75 people, in addition to 10 meeting and boardrooms rooms of various configurations, three newly landscaped gardens, break out spaces, kitchens and lounges for collaboration.

Phase 1 work is well underway and will have has with first spaces available from May 2023. Phase 2 will see the delivery of a stunning new 25,000 sq.ft mixed use building designed by Laurence Lawrence & Long architects. Thanks to conservation experts Howley Hayes Cooney and a hat tip to Hughes Planning for a seamless planning journey.

On three sides are Georgian Houses and on the other, the garden of Leinster House, and two museums.
