Great Community Spirit today in Ticknock Hill Estate. With rising costs, there is so much we can do as a community together.

We get to know one another while working together. The feeling of satisfaction when the job is done is similar to the a post-gym vibe. 🙃

With festive season approaching, there are 3 nice eating spots, all pubs, within walking distance:
- Sandyford House - you walk from Centra through Simonsridge Estate, onto and through Kilcross estate and cross the road into Sandyford village. Live music for December. Warm welcome and food is good for a pub.

PYE in Dundrum village, walking the same way as above then down Sandyford road. It’s young and old, great cocktails with a good quiz night.

Ballinteer House, by SuperValu, is a great local pub and eatery. Really toastie warm and welcoming. Food is good for a pub,

Ticknock Hill Estate has many green fingered residents who love to make their homes look welcoming and beautiful.

A splash of colour lifts the mood on what has been a very rainy July Summer 2023.

Strolling around the estate today, a few places are eye-catching.

Some balconies look fabulous as you drive out of the estate but not accessible to my camera.

Feel free to share some photos if I missed you out [email protected].

For anyone new to our estate, here is a lovely image from Coillte of our backyard, the Dublin mountains, which are being re-planted since 2020 to improve species diversity and the environment.

You walk out of our estate, turn right then left and stroll or struggle, it is steep, into Ticknock forest and keep strolling. What a fabulous location for healthy living. This Summer, take a rain jacket…….
