Woodend Farm

Woodend Farm Family run farm breeding top-quality Irish Sport Horses. Woodend Farm is run by the Prendergast Family.

Noel and Nuala built the Farm in the 60's and over the years has produced many top quality horses. Noel is known for always choosing top jumping stallions for his broodmares. They have bred horses which have gone on to be sold in France, Belguim and the UK. Even the Irish Army Equitation School have purchased horses from them. They have two mares very closely related to NLS Coole Al Clover, the only Irish horse to win Lanaken as a 6yr old & who also won in the RDS 4yr old Jumping class.

Woodend Farm Milly Jumping clear in the 4yr old class in the Cavan Finals. Super consistant mare for her clear rounds - 12 in a row. What an amazing fete for any horse never mind a 4yr old. Looking foward to seeing her as a 5yr old... Sold. Wishing her new owners the best with this fantastic mare.
