A big thank you to Poolbeg Yacht & Boat Club in Ringsend for hosting a brilliant community barbeque last Thursday for the residents of Glass Bottle.

Everyone got a real taste of life on the water, with boat trips down the Liffey aboard the newly restored Sean Whiston junior training boat — a fantastic way to bring the community closer to the river on their doorstep.

Poolbeg Yacht Club runs sailing courses for both adults and children and is a community club in an amazing setting on the Liffey. Find out more at poolbegmarina.ie

Proud to support Irish talent ✨

At Lioncor, we believe great places are about more than buildings — they're about the people and communities they bring together.

That's why we're so proud to support emerging Irish design talent through our collaboration with Ashley McDonnell (.mcdonnell) and Ireland Fashion Week (). This April, Lime House, Glass Bottle played host to the Irish Edit Bootcamp — a selective programme helping Ireland's most promising designers build the commercial, operational, and visibility skills they need to thrive.

Held in Lime House at Glass Bottle, the event was a celebration of the creativity and ambition shaping the next generation of Irish fashion, ahead of The Irish Edit showcase at Ireland Fashion Week this October.

Congratulations to Ashley and the entire IFW team — we can't wait to see these designers shine.

The Spinc in Glendalough — Lime House Residents Hike 🥾

This weekend, residents of Lime House swapped the city for a stunning hike up the Spinc in Glendalough, led by Strive Fitness — one of the most spectacular trails in the Wicklow Mountains.

Just an hour south of Dublin 4, the route climbs steeply from the valley floor before opening onto the Spinc’s famous timber boardwalk, which traces the ridge high above the Upper Lake. The reward for the climb is hard to beat: sweeping, elevated views down across the water and out over the glacial valley below. Add in ancient woodland, fresh mountain air, and great company, and it made for an unforgettable day on the trail.

It was a brilliant day of movement, nature, and connection — and a reminder that life at Glass Bottle reaches well beyond the front door.

A huge thank you to Strive Fitness (.tobebetter) for organising, and to everyone who laced up and came along.

Momentum continues at Glass Bottle as we bring this transformative development to life! 🏗️

Block O, Sand House has reached new heights, with the tower "Crown" steelwork now complete — a key structural milestone — and fin installation in its final stages. Hard and soft landscaping to the podium is well advanced, while amenity fitout to the basement, ground floor and level 15 continues to progress at pace.

Block L, Batch House tower scaffolding has now been dismantled to level 1, with aluminium cladding to the tower in the closing phase and roof terrace paving at level 18 fully complete. Apartment FF&E is set to commence and paving to the podium internal courtyard is set to get underway. Clearing out and cleaning of the basement is in progress, while amenity works are advancing with skimming of partitions underway and floor tiling due to start soon.

Glass Bottle, Dublin 4

Following the delivery of Lime House (212 homes) at Glass Bottle in November 2025, construction momentum continues across the remaining buildings in the first phase. At Glass Bottle we’re delivering contemporary A rated apartments across numerous buildings supported by on site resident amenity spaces from private screening rooms to co-working spaces, gyms, fitness studios, private dining spaces and indoor and outdoor landscaped areas.

Works continue at pace, with apartment furniture fit-out’s advancing, external façades progressing on the tower (Sand House) and key structural and architectural elements approaching completion. Landscaping works are also well underway, helping to shape the emerging character of the development. Looking ahead, focus will remain on completing internal finishes, amenity spaces and external works as the project continues to advance.
