REMINDER: Dublin City Council recruitment information day - today in the Bell Building from 9am!

Dublin City Council is running a General Operative Recruitment Campaign specifically designed to recruit participants from the Darndale area.

This initiative is focused on creating employment opportunities for local residents.

The authority will host an Information Day at Darndale Belcamp Village Centre on Thursday, September 17 from 9am-1pm.

The event will provide prospective candidates with an opportunity to learn more about the role and recruitment process.

Representatives from the Department of Social Protection, Dublin City Council and Northside Partnership will be in attendance to answer any questions attendees may have.

Council staff will also deliver a presentation outlining the responsibilities of the general operative and the opportunities it offers.

St Andrew's Resource Centre, Pearse Street will be there to promote the free training courses it runs in construction skills which are open to anyone unemployed, entitled to work in Ireland, and over 18.
