We're delighted to share that Whitehaven has won two awards at the Business Energy Achievement Awards 2026.

The development picked up both the Sustainable Construction & Building Performance Award and the Overall Energy Achievement Award at last night's ceremony.

Delivered by Tuath Housing in partnership with Cairn, mosart and Fingal County Council, Whitehaven provides 255 ultra-low energy Cost Rental and social homes and is one of Ireland's largest residential developments built to Passivhaus standards.

The awards recognises the project's commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency and innovation.
