Roger M. Berkeley, FRICS FSCSI BSc.(Hons) MIPAV started in the Chartered Surveying and Auctioneering business in 1977. He founded and established Berkeley & Associates Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers & Valuers in 1990, having already worked as Manager and Director with some of the major auctioneering firms in Ireland and throughout London during the 1980s. Berkeley is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), which is the main representative body of property professionals worldwide. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV)
