Today Daniel talks about onboaring a property for one of our Landlords. The landlord had inherited a portfolio of around 15 properties, that were already tenanted, and needed more than just a letting agent. There were existing occupants, ongoing tenancies, and a lot of moving parts that required careful handling.

Dan stepped in to support the full transition. That meant taking the time to understand the background, reviewing each tenancy properly, and creating a clear structure so everything could be managed without disruption.

Today, all of the properties are fully let and operating as they should. But getting there required a hands-on approach, steady communication, and the kind of support that goes beyond simply listing a property online.

Today, our lettings agent Dario gives a real look into what his day-to-day actually involves at Arkcon Property.

It starts with the admin side. Emails, constant back and forth, scheduling viewings, and keeping landlords updated. A lot of the work happens behind a screen before you even step foot into a property.

Then it shifts. In-person appointments with landlords, walking them through their options, understanding what they need, and putting a plan in place. No two situations are the same, so that part always requires a bit more attention.

And of course, the viewings. Usually later in the day, meeting potential tenants, showing the space, answering questions, and making sure the right fit is found.
