“Let Agreed” is a term used once a rent has been agreed on a property and a booking deposit has been received.

At Arkcon Property, this typically marks the point where a tenant has been selected for a property, for example a one-bedroom apartment, and both parties have agreed on the terms. Once the deposit is secured, the property is then updated to “let agreed.”

It’s important to note that while this signals strong progress, the tenancy is not fully complete at this stage. Final steps such as documentation and lease signing still need to be finalised.

Understanding where “let agreed” sits in the process helps manage expectations and provides clarity during what is often a fast-moving stage of the rental journey.
