With 15 years of experience in property, she brings incredible expertise to our team. She holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and a BA in Applied Taxation, and a Masters in Real Estate! 📚

Adele's expertise? Property Management. She's published articles on Owners Management Companies, Service Charge Collection and the MUD Act. Also having guest lectured on the subject of Owners Management Companies.

In 2019, she was awarded at the 2019 career awards as the ‘Property and Construction Professional of the year.’ Fully licensed with the PRSA and a Business All-Star accredited member.

🚨 Stamp Duty Changes You Should Know About 🚨

- The stamp duty on bulk purchases of 10 or more residential units (excluding apartments) in a 12-month period is increasing from 10% to 15%.

- A new third rate of stamp duty is being introduced for properties valued over €1.5 million. Here's the breakdown: 1% on the first €1 million, 2% on the next €500,000, a new 6% rate will apply to any amount over €1.5 million.
