We've just finished the training...... I am travelling this Friday for the 700Km charity cycle from Paris to Nice in aid of Motor Neuron Disease, a cause very close to my heart.

They do such incredible work in the IMNDA and need every bit of help they can get to research this horribly cruel disease.
