How to Ensure the Future of Our Industry?

In February; Cahalane Brothers Ltd. recently visited Maria Immaculata Community College to speak with students about careers in construction — from summer work and apprenticeships to professional roles in the industry.

Following the talk, we supported 20 interested students in completing their Safe Pass training in the school, delivered on Monday 9th March. Students paid €50 each, with Cahalane Brothers covering the remaining cost.

Our next step is to engage with some of these students through work experience and summer placements, helping them take their first steps into the construction industry.

Investing in young people today helps secure the future of our industry. 👷‍♂️
