More bad news on the Fox Cottage front.. just looked into registering for the Property Tax as I will have to pay up anyway if ever I'm going to get a sale. Turns out I probably ALSO owe another tax... NPPR. Never heard of it til today !! and the back payments run into thousands of euro. Absolutely gutted. Anyone any advice? Crying my eyes out here :(

Back from Foxy trip.. made enquiries about putting her on the market. Suggested price, less than half what I paid for it. Not good. V Bad in fact!

Should I wait a bit longer til the market picks up folks ??

Welcome to Fox Cottage's own page! Not much on it yet, but I'll add info soon.
Much as I love it and despite the dire property market in Ireland, I need to see this little place in the coming year. Looking out for and maintaining it is preventing us doing other things such as visiting other places and places we love.

So if you know anyone who might be interested don't hesitate to let me know! :)
