Hi all,

Final payment for our estate maintenance is now due. There are still a number of houses who haven’t paid the maintenance fee for 2025.

We need all outstanding fees paid asap please. This will enable us to continue to maintain our estate for the remainder of 2025, and for the beginning of 2026.

The fee for 2025 is €100.

Payments can be made online, using the bank details below. Payments can also be made in person, in our local Credit Union.

To date, only 30% of house have paid their fees for 2024.

If we don’t receive outstanding payments in the next few days, we won’t be able to continue our maintenance work for the rest of this year, or for 2025.

🏆🤩 A very proud day for all our residents 🤩🏆

We have just won 1st prize in the Pride Of Place Awards, in the category for Extra Large housing estate!!

A lot of work has gone into winning this prize, and we would like to say a huge thank you to all residents who have helped us achieve this.

Special thanks to our good friends at Curtin Edge Lawn Care & Landscapes for all the work they do throughout the year. Also, to everyone who looks after the plants and flowers throughout the estate. This wouldn’t be possible without all your help and dedication.

Hi folks,

We have entered into the Pride Of Place awards for 2024, for our housing estate.

The judges will be here this Wednesday 24th of July, to inspect our estate in the morning.

We have been working on our estate over the last couple of weeks.

It would be a great help if everyone could have a look around the front of their houses, and give areas a quick clean-up, where necessary.

We’ll be in touch, once we hear the results of this years competition.

Hi all,

Unfortunately, it is clear that the bins in our estate continue to be abused, and not used for the purpose they were installed for.

These bins are emptied on a weekly basis by the volunteers on the residents association, some of whom have also been disrespected by passers-by, whilst emptying the bins. This is not a nice job, which is made worse by this mis-use and mis-treatment.

Despite multiple requests for respectful use of our bins, we have unfortunately come to the conclusion that these need to be removed from our estate.

Plans are now in place for this. In the meantime, we ask that all public members use these bins for their intended purpose, and not for household waste.
