David Moggan graduated from GMIT with Diploma in Property Management (Property Valuations) in 1998 and have been involved in property related matters since. He went on to receive a Diploma in Loss Adjusting (Dip. from The Insurance Institute of Ireland in 2012. Being a Chartered Surveyor and a member of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Insurance Institute of Ireland (III). We are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. We contribute to the Investor Compensation Scheme through the ICCL (The Investor Compensation Company Limited).
