Berties Cottage offers a unique experience, old world charm but with all the modern conveniences one enjoys today. Take it easy and go for a stroll down the boreen. Swim at the pier, fish, cycle and socialize. All of this on your doorstep. Berties Cottage offers the best of Holiday Accommodation Galway. Kinvara village is just a five minute drive away and offers a host of pubs, restaurants, cafes

and a children’s playground. The house is an old Limestone Thatched cottage. Built late in the 18th Century. It has recently gone through a complete restoration. The emphasis is on maintaining its character and old world charm. This simply constructed building has represented our history and heritage for many generations. This cottage like many other was built using locally sought limestone with lime and sand mortar. The cottage boasts a beautiful Limestone arch fireplace that surrounds an open cast iron stove. As well as the traditional style half door and box framed sash windows.
