The Business Hub in Letterkenny continues with the STUDY HUB '24 at their premises on Business Park Road, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.

The Business Hub is making FREE study space available with free broadband internet access in an air-conditioned classroom providing a quiet relaxing atmosphere for studying. The Study Hub is available to junior cycle or leaving certificate students to use.

The Study Hub is available at the following times: Mondays to Thursdays 5pm to 7pm, Fridays 3pm to 7pm and Saturdays 10am to 3pm.

FREE Hot Desk Spaces at the Business Hub

The Business Hub in Letterkenny is offering FREE hot desk co-working spaces during the month of July and August.

The remote working hub, based on Business Park Road in Letterkenny, is taking part in the National Connected Hubs Voucher Scheme being run by ConnectedHubs.ie under the auspice of the Department of Rural and Community Development.

The first phase of this national scheme was launched on 27th June and will run to the 31st August 2022. At least 10,000 hot desk working days will be provided free of charge throughout the Republic of the Ireland over the course of the Scheme. It is aimed at both existing hub users as well as those accessing hub facilities for the first time. The scheme allows all registered users on the ConnectedHubs.ie website to book three free co-working/hot-desking days in participating hubs.

The Business Hub in Letterkenny is participating in the scheme and has been allocated 25 hot desk vouchers under the National Connected Hubs Voucher Scheme. Remote workers or employees can receive up to 3 Vouchers allowing them three remote working days per person in the Business Hub completely free of charge. Vouchers will be valid until the end of August.

NEW OFFICE SPACE at THE BUSINESS HUB

The Business Hub is now inviting expressions of interest in our newly developed offices on the South Block Ground floor of the Business Hub building on Business Park Road.

The newly kitted out Ground Floor Unit, comprising 3 large offices, 3 small offices, a meeting room, canteen, storage room, switch room, a spacious common area and universal access toilets. Secure parking, high speed broadband and excellent access from the N56 Letterkenny ring road is available at the Business Hub.

The Business Hub will consider interest in the long-term lease of the entire unit (291 sqm) from a single tenant as a self-contained unit. Alternatively, individual offices may be rented as serviced offices on short term licence arrangements to a number of tenants in a shared office environment.
