NEW OFFICE SPACE at THE BUSINESS HUB
The Business Hub is now inviting expressions of interest in our newly developed offices on the South Block Ground floor of the Business Hub building on Business Park Road.
The newly kitted out Ground Floor Unit, comprising 3 large offices, 3 small offices, a meeting room, canteen, storage room, switch room, a spacious common area and universal access toilets. Secure parking, high speed broadband and excellent access from the N56 Letterkenny ring road is available at the Business Hub.
The Business Hub will consider interest in the long-term lease of the entire unit (291 sqm) from a single tenant as a self-contained unit. Alternatively, individual offices may be rented as serviced offices on short term licence arrangements to a number of tenants in a shared office environment.
