Support us in fundraising for St. Paul's Golden Jubilee Parish Clock 💛

Following the Golden Jubilee celebration in 2022, plans are now underway to create a permanent tribute to this milestone, with the addition of a Jubilee Clock that will will take pride of place in front of St. Paul’s Church, visible from all approaches and located within in the heart of the community.

The next step in bringing this community project to fruition requires gathering resources and raising funds.

Any contribution, big or small, will play a significant role in supporting the delivery of this initiative, and would be greatly appreciated by all in the Parish and wider community.

RIAI Simon Open Door is an incredible initiative that connects people across Ireland who are planning to build, renovate or improve their homes with Registered Architects, while also supporting the vital work of Simon Communities of Ireland, with each consultation donation going directly to the charity in support of their work.

At Whitebox, supporting initiatives like this is central to how we operate, prioritising engagement with projects that support communities and reflect the ethos of our practice.

Situated in the popular commuter town of Portlaoise and within walking distance of the town centre, this community is designed for people at every stage of life.

Comprising 44 beautiful residential units consisting of 36 two and three-bedroom homes and 8 one and two-bedroom maisonette apartments, these have been designed specifically with a focus on delivering low energy costs, associated with light and heating, all of these new homes will meet A-energy rating requirements.

🏥 CROAL Cancer Treatment Facility, Limerick

This state-of-the-art medical centre is being developed in Limerick as part of a wider healthcare and care campus, addressing critical demand for advanced oncology services in the Mid-West region.

A €26.5 million investment by Aedifica will fund construction of the facility, which is being forward-funded and leased on a long-term basis.

The centre will be operated as a joint venture between UPMC and Bon Secours Health System, bringing international expertise and building on their successful collaboration in advanced cancer care elsewhere in Ireland.

This new facility will expand radiotherapy, medical oncology and support service capacity locally, helping to reduce waiting times and improve outcomes for patients across the Mid-West.

Once completed, the wider care campus will comprise:

🔹 3,200 sqm day hospital
🔹 Four-storey 9,000 sqm medical centre
