We are proud to share that Opera Square has been identified as a Lighthouse Demonstrator Project for the Circular Economy through the EPA’s Green Enterprise Scheme.

At Opera Square, we have already delivered tangible examples of the Circular Economy in practice, particularly through the completed enabling works to facilitate construction of the 10,000 sqm basement.

Some key results:

✅ 98% of materials diverted from landfill
✅ Over 60% carbon reduction vs. traditional approaches
✅ 1,500+ truck movements avoided

A huge thanks to all our project partners who made this possible – including Sisk (Contract A), the CE-Con team at Atlantic Technological University, the Irish Green Building Council and the Southern Region Waste Management Office.
