Hello to my FB followers on this page. There has been little promotion recently as there was an interested party so it was only polite to hold off the marketing. What I have learned during this time is that it is really, like properly, difficult for ex-pats to get on the property ladder on returning to Ireland unless you have a huge deposit or can buy outright, and don't even try if you still have an overseas salary!. Madness.
