Hi all,
WEEE Ireland will be collecting electrical goods in Portumna Mart yard this Sat 4th November from 10.00am —4.00 pm.
They will accept :
Washing machines, Dryers, Microwaves, Toasters, Kettles, Hairdryers, curling tongs, mobile phones and chargers, broken Christmas lights.
Children’s toys with batteries.
Ceiling lights, bedside lamps, standard lamps, any electrical wire and plugs.

There was a loss of pressure in water supply to the Nunnery on Thursday 20th Oct. Resulting in an airlock in the pump system.
Airlock fixed at 7pm this evening.

The OMC has commissioned the power cleaning of all paved areas of the estate, due to be carried out on Tuesday & Wednesday 25th/26th October 2022.

Owners, please ensure no obstructions are on the external walkways.

Yesterday we managed to get all the gutters of the Schoolhouse, College Court and The Nunnery 7-12 cleaned. And mother nature obliged by delivering a downpour immediately afterwards, just to lend a hand.

Looking good for the next year.

There is a wonderful job being done by Danny Tierney and Pat Claffey cleaning the paving and roadways of the apartment complex at the moment.
The expect to finish early next week. We appreciate all tenants and owners facilitating the cleaning by moving cars etc.

The inconvenience will be worth it. The place is starting to look like new!
