Between the two estates there will be a total of 4 guest parking spaces and all apartments will only have 1 parking space. All apartments are 1 and 2 bedrooms only.

There is current planning going in for a development next to Mariners Way that will use Mariners way as one of its entrances so god help the people buying in there as the Estate will become a rat run to bypass the town and cause even more flooding in the area. Oh and this will have 3 storey apartments like Mariners way so the area will be apartment central as its all one and two-bed apartments
