A Property Management Professional at Big Dirty sounds scarier than it is. These individuals are responsible for the track pickup & management (dropping off at transfer stations and/or storing it until you're able to do so) as well as the property cleaning maintenance of vacation rentals and regular residential estates.
Responsibilities consist of:
-Routine or on-call trash cleanup. (On-call charges more, and you make more)
-Property Maintenance, including but not limited to Cleaning & disinfecting the interior and exterior, maintaining the property cleanliness, and completing any on-the-spot maintenance per the owner's request.
----Cleaning responsibilities include but are not limited to: All rooms (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living spaces), table/countertops, floors. Occasional cleaning of ceilings (cobwebs, dust) depending on the condition.
-Dropping off the trash at the garbage transfer station (and temporarily storing however you can it if unable)
