That is why we tend to go for high-spec properties in specific areas on the south side of Dublin (Ballsbridge, Blackrock, Donnybrook, Dundrum, Dun Laoghaire, Ranelagh, Rathmines, Sandymount and Terenure); particular areas north of the Liffey (Clontarf, Malahide and Howth), and selected locations in Wicklow (Enniskerry, Bray and Greystones). Patsy O’Keeffe, Director, O’Keeffe Estates, has had many years experience in the Residential Letting & Management business. Her experience has been gained in both the UK and Irish Markets. Her priority is to specialise in the upper end of the market, dealing with corporate lettings, embassies and individual professionals.
