The home has all the modern conveniences and was
originally built as a full time residence by us. No cost has been spared in the process of making this a truly comfortable home. The house was designed by an architect and is a unique design. Downstairs there is a hall way, large utility room with washing machine, dryer and large freezer. The spacious kitchen is made of sold oak with a granite work top. The kitchen has everything you would require. Leading off the kitchen are patio doors. Also downstairs off the kitchen is a large room which can be used as a play room or an office. There is an office desk and chair, a pool table and plenty of kids books/toys in this room. There are also 2 doors leading to outside from this room. The two living rooms are upstairs to get the most of the stunning views of Atlantic ocean and Lough Hyne Hill. There is a balcony off one of the living rooms. One of the living rooms has a large oak vaulted ceiling. In the first living room we have a suite of furniture in one living room that can seat 5 with a plasma screen TV. The second living room has another table that can seat 5 and also another set of couches that can seat 5
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, both have king sized beds. One bedroom has an ensuite with power shower and double doors leading out to a patio area. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub and shower downstairs
We have 2 sets of stairs in the house, one solid oak stairs to access the bedrooms and another carpeted stairs to the sitting rooms but you can use either set of stairs to get to both these rooms. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with fitted cupboards and super king bed. This room has been tastefully decorated with wall paper. This bedroom has an ensuite with toilet only ( no shower)
There also is another large bedroom upstairs with twin beds. Also fitted wooden cupboards in this room
