Our offices are closed for the Christmas Holidays, reopening at 9am on Wednesday 2nd of January.

Note that all services, including bin collection, will continue as normal throughout the Christmas period.

Our out of hours line is in operation on 083 8091516. This number can be used for any emergencies including security problems, fire alarm problems, lift entrapment, leaks & gates system breakdown.

Met Eireann have issued a status orange storm warning, coming into effect from midnight tonight until 9am tomorrow morning. Along with spells of heavy rain gusts of between 100kph and 130kph are forecasted.

There are warnings of risks to property. We ask all residents to ensure that no items are left outside in common areas or on balconies. Please ensure any items left on balconies are secured.

All windows and doors should be left shut.
