Don't neglect roof leaks! This house had major
damage from a long-standing leak, but we
sorted it out. New rafters, 10Omm foil backed
insulation, and refelting did the trick. The room's all
renovated now with 100mm insulation and airtight
membrane, it's gonna be snug!

One of many houses to be painted this year. We know the maintenance part of property may feel like a burden or daunting task to some but we believe it is one of the most important things that must be done. Maintain and regularly check your property to maintain and protect your investment! Last year we painted the interior of this property, took care of some overgrown shrubs, grass and ivy. This year we painted the entire exterior of the house using Fleetwood's weather clad smooth exterior paint. Whilst we were there we noticed the gutters needed to be cleaned. ✅ Being a proactive landlord will protect your asset and maintain or even increase the value of your property.🏡📈
