This was once a traditional dining space — We reworked the layout, added an ensuite, and turned it into a bright, functional bedroom that actually adds value to the house.

Our corporate clients move into this Waterford house TODAY, and honestly — I’m still not sure how we pulled it off.

🔥Gas on Thursday
🧼Carpets & cleaners on Friday
🏃‍♀️Me — running on thin air all week (and currently in the UK for awards… because clearly I like to run on fumes)

Somehow… it’s DONE 🙌
