We were proud to be involved in the sale of Carriglea Farm — one of West Waterford’s most significant agricultural properties.

The circa 203-acre Grade 1 farm, located just five minutes from Dungarvan, has now been purchased by two established local dairy farmers following considerable interest in the property.

It was a privilege for our team at Brian Gleeson Property to act as sole selling agent on what was a truly exceptional agricultural holding.

Carriglea’s combination of scale, land quality and location made it a standout property, and the strong level of interest demonstrated the continued demand for high-quality agricultural land in Dungarvan and across West Waterford.
