As green as it gets!

One of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Sharon area is "Green Kefar Sava.”
This young and vibrant neighborhood is characterized by low rise buildings with an average of 4 to 5 rooms per apartment, lovely balconies overlooking a green and open skyline.

The neighborhood is designed in a way that enables kids to walk or ride their bikes anywhere without crossing any roads. There are many schools and preschools in the vicinity and one of Kefar Sava's largest parks with ideal picnic spots and playgrounds is only a short walk away.

These features have drawn mainly young families to the area and have created a young and lively environment.

The vaccine will cure the economy.

Do you know which country is leading in terms of vaccines per capita?
As of the March 9th Israel has vaccinated more than 50% of its population. At this current rate, of about 100K vaccinated per day, officials estimate that by April more than 80% of the adult population in Israel will be vaccinated leading to the lifting of all restrictions and financial revival.

With that being said, the Shekel will strengthen even further. This combined with the growing demand for residential real estate, positions the Israeli real estate market as a solid, minimum risk, high gain investment.

Is this the ideal time to invest in Israeli Real Estate?

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the rate of new emerging construction projects has slowed down significantly. This is due to the fact that governmental and local committees could not convene therefore delaying the necessary authorizations and approvals.

This will therefore create a shortage of supply for the next three years, while demand will keep on increasing. This in turn will lead to an even further price increase in the future.

Speaking from experience, TLV is one of the most exciting cities in the world. Never a dull moment in the city that never sleeps.
TLV offers the ultimate urban lifestyle including some of the best museums in the country, Israel's national theater and opera house as well as many restaurants and cafés.

TLV is also known for its beautiful promenade and white sandy beaches.
Due to the size of the city different suburbs offer a different atmosphere and lifestyle. As an example one of the newer parts of the city, "The New North" suburb is characterized by new prestigious buildings suitable to a family orientated life whereas the central, older part of the city mainly attracts a younger crowd.

The demand will always exceed supply as a result of a few demographic facts:

• A constant population growth due to a high birthrate. Israel's annual population growth rate stood at 2.0% in 2015, more than three times faster than the OECD average of around 0.6%, with an average of three children per woman, as well as the highest fertility rate in the OECD by a considerable margin (Israel CBS)

• Jewish immigration (a consequence of rising anti-Semitism in the world and increasing cost of health services) Over a quarter of a million new immigrants in the have come to Israel in the last decade.

• 62% of the population in Israel are homeowners.

• 70% of Israelis leave home before the age of 25.
