We are pleased to announce the sale of an exceptional residence dating back to 1926, located at the corner of Marcus and Hovevei Zion Streets in the heart of historic Talbiya.

An inspiring week in New York.

Over the past several days, we had the privilege of meeting clients, partners, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and Jewish community leaders from across the United States.

The message we heard time and again was clear: the connection between Jerusalem and Jewish communities around the world remains as strong as ever.

We met families considering Aliyah, individuals seeking to deepen their ties to Israel, and many who view Jerusalem not only as a destination, but as an integral part of their identity and future.

It was also an honor to spend time with inspiring leaders, including Mayor of Jerusalem Moshe Lion, former Mayor of New York City Eric Adams, County Executive Bruce Blakeman, Eran Rolls from the Israel Building Center, and many others dedicated to strengthening the bond between Israel and Jewish communities worldwide.

We concluded the week at the Israel Day Parade on Fifth Avenue, a powerful display of unity, pride, and solidarity.

We return to Israel with a renewed sense of purpose, deep gratitude for the people we met, and great confidence in Jerusalem's future.

במהלך הימים האחרונים פגשנו מאות לקוחות, שותפים, אנשי עסקים, יזמים, מנהיגי קהילות יהודיות מרחבי ארצות הברית ואנשים רבים שפועלים יום יום למען ישראל ולחיזוק הקשר בין ישראל לבין יהדות התפוצות.

אם יש תובנה אחת שאנחנו חוזרים איתה הביתה, היא זו:
הקשר בין יהדות התפוצות לבין ירושלים חזק מאי פעם.

פגשנו משפחות ששוקלות עלייה, אנשים המבקשים להעמיק את הקשר שלהם לישראל, וקהילות שרואות בירושלים חלק בלתי נפרד מהזהות, מהמשפחה ומהעתיד שלהן.

מבחינה נדל"נית, היה בולט לראות עד כמה ירושלים ממשיכה לעמוד במרכז ההתעניינות של יהודים מרחבי העולם. עבור רבים, רכישת נכס בעיר אינה רק החלטה כלכלית, אלא גם ביטוי של שייכות, מחויבות ורצון להיות חלק מהעתיד של ישראל.

התחושה שעלתה שוב ושוב מהמפגשים שקיימנו היא שהביקוש האיכותי לירושלים ממשיך להיות חזק, ושמעמדה הייחודי של העיר רק מתחזק.

במהלך השבוע הייתה לנו הזכות לפגוש אנשים ומנהיגים מעוררי השראה, ביניהם משה ליאון, ראש עיריית ירושלים, אריק אדמס, ראש עיריית ניו יורק, ברוס בלייקמן, ערן רולס ורבים נוספים הפועלים לחיזוק הקשר בין ישראל לבין יהדות העולם.

את השבוע חתמנו במצעד ישראל בשדרה החמישית, מפגן עוצמתי של אחדות, גאווה ושותפות שהזכיר לכולנו את כוחה של הקהילה היהודית ואת החיבור העמוק שמאחד אותנו גם מעבר לים.

אנחנו חוזרים לישראל עם תחושת שליחות מחודשת, עם הערכה עמוקה לאנשים שפגשנו, ועם אמונה גדולה בעתידה של ירושלים ובכוחו של העם היהודי.

Participating in the Israel Day Parade in New York this week was one of the most uplifting, inspiring, and meaningful experiences our family and team have had in a long time.

Being surrounded by thousands of people proudly celebrating Israel, Jewish identity, and our shared heritage was truly powerful. The sense of unity, resilience, and connection could be felt everywhere.

As people who work closely with Jewish communities around the world, it was especially meaningful to witness firsthand the deep connection so many have with Israel. Equally inspiring was seeing the countless organizations, communities, leaders, and volunteers working tirelessly outside of Israel on Israel’s behalf, driven by genuine commitment and love.

Watching tens of thousands of people march together with pride, support one another, and stand publicly with Israel was a powerful reminder of the strength of the Jewish people and the unique bond that connects us across countries and continents.

Moments like these remind us that we are part of something much bigger than ourselves. They strengthen our sense of purpose, deepen our connection to Israel, and give us renewed energy to continue building, creating, and contributing.
Grateful to have shared this experience with family, friends, clients, and so many supporters of Israel.

ההשתתפות במצעד ישראל בניו יורק השבוע הייתה אחת החוויות המרגשות, המחזקות והמעוררות השראה שחווינו כמשפחה וכצוות בתקופה האחרונה.

להיות מוקפים באלפי אנשים שבאו לחגוג בגאווה את ישראל, את הזהות היהודית ואת המורשת המשותפת שלנו, היה רגע עוצמתי במיוחד. התחושה של אחדות, חוסן ושותפות גורל הייתה מורגשת בכל פינה.

כמי שעובדים מדי יום עם קהילות יהודיות ברחבי העולם, היה מרגש במיוחד לראות מקרוב את עומק הקשר לישראל. לא פחות מכך, היה מעורר השראה לראות את מאות הארגונים, הקהילות, המנהיגים והמתנדבים שפועלים מחוץ לישראל למענה, יום אחר יום, מתוך מחויבות אמיתית ואהבה עמוקה. לראות עשרות אלפי אנשים צועדים יחד בגאווה, מחזקים זה את זה ומביעים תמיכה בישראל, היה תזכורת עוצמתית לכוחה של הקהילה היהודית ולחיבור המיוחד שמאחד אותנו גם מעבר לגבולות וליבשות.

רגעים כאלה מזכירים לנו שאנחנו חלק מסיפור גדול מאיתנו. הם מחזקים את תחושת השליחות, מעמיקים את החיבור שלנו לישראל ומעניקים לנו אנרגיה מחודשת להמשיך לבנות, ליצור ולפעול.
