Rapidly improving economic stability in 2020 has allowed Israel to rank 19th in the world rankings for gross domestic product per capita, surpassing such countries as Canada, Great Britain, Japan, and France. The jump from 32nd to 19th place in a decade is undoubtedly an achievement.
Every year the standard of living rises, as evidenced by the purchasing power of Israelis.
