Our project at Ha-Yetzira includes 3✨ towers featuring mix-uses: varying with generous office space, residence floors and a hotel. The 'Inside oriented facades' support the enrichment of the central plaza on street level, while top floors enjoy wide view to the nearby Metropolitan Park 🌳(Ha-Yarkon) and a luxurious swimming pool🏊‍♀️

Introducing Our project at Savyon/Wolfson st. 🏬 featuring 2 residential towers with a unique parametric design facade - allowing sun shading along ventilating airflow to the public ground floor. The towers also share the 18th floor that features a swimming pool🏊‍♂️
