We are proud to announce that two of KIKA BRAZ Architects projects in Tel Aviv’s emerging Sde Dov district have been selected as Finalists at the World Architecture Festival 2026:
SDE DOV GINDI — Gindi Holding גינדי החזקות / Future Projects – Commercial Mixed Use
SDE DOV AFRICA — Africa Israel / Future Projects – Residential
Both projects explore a new model of urban living within one of Tel Aviv’s most significant new coastal districts, combining high-density residential development with active public spaces, mixed uses, climate-responsive design, and a strong connection between the city and the sea, a result of strong collaboration with Gindi Holding גינדי החזקות and Africa Israel
