*Role Description*
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Telemarketer at HeaveN Real Estate, located in Ahmedabad with flexibility for some remote work. A Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our real estate services, and generating leads. The Telemarketer will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process, and will maintain records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
*Qualifications*
Excellent verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with customers
Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade customers to take action
Knowledge of sales best practices and experience in customer service
Experience in a telemarketing or sales role is preferred, but not required
Proficient in using computer systems and software, with an ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics and targets
High school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred
