Architect Soo K. Chan, who envisioned this landmark, envisioned the water as the protagonist. Every villa is anchored by its own private waterfront, featuring dedicated decks and infinity pools that overlook the expanse. Here, the Blue Heart becomes a private backyard for every estate, a seamless extension of the living space where the threshold between home and horizon disappears.
