Tying to understand the budget from Housing and Real Estate perspective?

Based on some quick facts it seems

i) Cost of raw material will go up: Freight Charges
ii) Wrt land availability - more of status quo both because of market conditions and policy issues
iii) Other costs - Likely to go up because of increase in service tax.

Developer will be squeezed for margins - bringing down the housing starts - which in turn will affect internal economy and draw it down.

Hope is therefore on key bills to be tabled to define an actionable plan.

Life is a RACE.....Is it really?
Once there was a man who asked GOD it is such a small life and I want to be successful and I want to meet you at the same time. But I don't think so it is possible in this small life. God said do not worry I have a solution. Go and take a walk around this beautiful garden which I have created. But remember I will give you something, bring it back as it is. Take this spoon and a lemon while you walk make sure the lemon doesn't fall from the spoon.
The man completes the walk successfully. God praises him for not dropping the lemon. Then God asks "What did you see in the Garden?". The man became angry -"I was so busy taking care of the lemon that I couldn't see anything". God said I hope you got your answer "Life is not small, you lost the balance between success and living".
I hope we all got our answer - Let us make use of the REMAX system and establish the balance and beauty in life.
