Dholera’s Future is Being Reinforced

Dholera-SIR is entering a new phase of engineering scale and confidence. At GAP Group’s flagship project “Avant” at “Akhilam” Holistic Township, preparations are underway for one of the region’s largest residential raft foundation pours.

The project involves nearly 8,500 cubic meters of concrete, 1,500 MT reinforcement steel, and foundation engineering reaching almost 15 meters below ground level, including one of Dholera’s earliest planned double basements in a high-rise residential tower.

Designed as a 23-storey luxury studio development with nearly 800 premium units, Avant reflects global urban standards inspired by GIFT City and Dubai redefining residential possibilities inside Dholera’s activation zone.
