Our only room on the ground floor. Far from the madding crowd & therefore can be taken by a single lady, two girls or even a married couple.

It has a separate entrance. Kitchen is shared, and is located on first floor. Shared kitchen is accessible only to ladies.

It is the only PG room on ground floor & so while it gives you access to the first floor lobby & cook your heart away kitchen, yet it allows you to distance yourself from the hustle bustle of the facility, when you like to!

This AC room has a balanced approach to life. Stays cool in summers and warm in winters, compared to other rooms.

It has ample storage. Box bed, with bedside table with drawer and cabinet. Even the padded back of the bed is all storage. In addition, each girl gets one full almirah, with overhead storage.

In addition to a full blown dressing mirror with light and socket. The room has a study table with drawer and study lamp. It has a book shelf too. There are also bedside lights and bedside socket for each girl.

The bathroom is well accessorised, well ventilated, with fan and 25 litre geyser.

Nestled on a separate floor is this quaint little two bedroom set. The cottage feel set is engulfed by the rooftop vegetable garden.

The two bedroom set has attached to it a lobby equipped with a fridge, microwave, sandwich maker, RO, mixer grinder of its own.
It also has a sofa to entertain friends and a study table for each room.

Both rooms are double sharing are AC with a full single almirah for each girl. The rooms have dressing table, bedside table, bedside lights & ample sockets.

The cute little attached baths are well accessorised and each have fans & 25 litre geysers.

The rooms have wifi connectivity & power back up.
