Psst...Let us tell you a little secret,
we’ve seen a few versions of the future and all the good ones involve collaboration.
Instead of trying to be the best at everything and compete with everyone, we bring the best professionals of the world to work together.
Needless to say, the results are better than what any ‘expert’ individual can produce alone :)

We started out with a small team and a big vision.
We knew what wanted but we were clueless about how to get it.

Now, we could either
- work crazy hours and spend all our energy to realise this one dream
or
- work with someone with 10x the experience who shares same crazy vision as ours, and move on to dreaming bigger

We chose the second one and found PYHT – collaborators who are very aligned with us and took on the challenge to bring to life.

Of course we have cool things coming up with them. Stay tuned, maybe?

I realised, I never enjoyed architecture as a profession, so here I am starting my own architectural venture :P

Since I was in the 8th grade, the only thing I wanted to do was create amazing experiences through architecture.
Spaces that would leave people feeling amazed and elated.
I am finally being able to realise this dream through .earth, a brain child of Rucha, Akshay & Saniya.

Forest Villa, a sustainable luxury project, is one of our first ideas that is materializing.

Designed to be truly alive, the mansion in Goa will behave & evolve like a forest.

What is the difference between Sustainable Architecture and Luxury Architecture? - The Cool Factor🧢

Common perception sees sustainability as uninspired and budget-friendly, while luxury is aspirational and foreign.

At Equilb.earth, we're trying to change this perception, and create architecture with the COOL factor for the environment, and for society.

We need to involve the classes to appeal to the masses. Making sustainability and luxury synonymous will help
- Create a hype
- Increase demand
- Inspire innovation
- Make sustainability affordable

And thus create a genuine impact on climate change!

- it’s too expensive
- it's a lot of effort to find genuine green products
- the products don't suit me well
