Responsibilities And Duties:
Lead Management:
Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
Identify strong potential prospects using markets study & research, to generate lead for outbound reach out
Utilize various tools and channels to generate opportunities - Cold Email, Linkedin Reachout, Cold Calling, etc.
Assess and analyze prospects current call center operations, challenges and possible requirements
Provide engaging and articulate information about Vernacular.ai value proposition to potential opportunities
Proactively identify new business opportunities and use-cases across industries for Vernacular.ai
Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity report with prospects being reached out in CRM systems
Sales Management:
Learn to manage the enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle till the handover to Sales team
Efficient management of the sales pipeline
Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via video conferences or face to face meetings
Communication:
Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, video conferencing and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive relationship
Provide accurate and timely information as required to sales managers, the delivery team and senior management
Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn.
