Release of special cover of our founder Late Smt Basavarajeshwari by Dept of Posts, Govt of India on the occasion of hundredth birth anniversary today at Ballari.These special covers were released for her contributions in public service for 40 years from 1957 to 1997 as an 3 times MLA,2 times MLC ,state minister for social welfare and minor irrigation, 3 times as Member of Parliament from Ballari and as an Union Minister for Women & Child Development.
