Maharashtra Plans Three Floating Hotels With Atal Setu Views

Maharashtra plans to develop three floating hotels, known as floatels, near the tourism jetty in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, to promote maritime tourism and waterfront leisure. The Maharashtra Maritime Board invites private operators to develop and manage the proposed facilities, which may offer dining, accommodation, entertainment and recreational services with views of the Atal Setu and Panvel Creek.

The project requires selected operators to finance, design and develop the facilities while securing the necessary statutory approvals and complying with maritime, environmental and safety regulations. Passengers will travel between the shore and the floating establishments using auxiliary boats, with the Belapur tourism jetty serving as the boarding point. The initiative aims to attract private investment and expand Navi Mumbai’s tourism and hospitality offerings.

BPTP Sells 150 Faridabad Luxury Flats for 750 Crore

BPTP Ltd. has sold around 150 luxury apartments worth ₹750 crore in its SkyNest residential project in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad. Spread across 5.4 acres, the development comprises two residential towers with 325 apartments, designed by Singapore-based WOW Consultants.
