Commercials:
Total monthly rental: INR 1,000/- per device + GST(18%)
Payment schedule: Upfront Annually.
One time On-boarding cost of INR 5,000/- + GST(18%) (Waived off for Windsor Homes Apartment)
ERP rental cost is included in the above mentioned monthly rental cost.

Introduction to MyGate
MyGate is a mobile-based intelligent security application to enhance the safety of gated communities. The product is designed and executed by founders with experience in the Armed Forces, NSG/SPG and technology experts from Google and Oracle. MyGate will augment existing security in an intelligent and non-intrusive manner.
There is no capital expenditure by society. MyGate comes along with devices and internet connectivity for seamless operations. MyGate team takes full responsibilities of on-boarding and training of guards. Some of the capabilities of MyGate that residents will enjoy are:
e-intercom features - MyGate has automated voice call features for visitor authentication without depending on the wired intercom
Complete auto attendance management system for your facility staff - get complete attendance report at the end of the month by just click of a button
The automated authentication process for visitors and pre-authorization of your guest for the hassle-free welcome at the gate. Guest will get an OTP in SMS that will be used at the gate to provide a seamless entry
Infrastructure free vehicle tracking (e.g. without parking stickers)
Real-time domestic help management - Get instant information about the presence/absence of your domestic help (e.g. Maids/Drivers/Cooks/Nannies). You will have the ability to hire domestic help from the app after reviewing their ratings/reviews.
Raise instant "Security Alert" for main gate guards: In case you observe any suspicious activity that is compromising the safety and security of fellow residents, you can notify using the “Security Alert” feature, which will be treated with utmost priority by the security staff.
Multi-tiered access system: MyGate is an out-of-box multi-layer security system. It can be configured at internal entry-exit gates within a complex. This means that visitors can only visit approved areas once they are inside the main gate.
Parcel Delegate Feature (Mailing Room) - Full proof method of managing the parcels/couriers with OTP and Picture based authentication to ensure the couriers and parcels are not misplaced.
Kids Feature - Managing kids movement in the gate (In/out) is very important, Hence the feature is developed in such a way that without the parent’ permission the kids will not be allowed to go outside the community, Even if they are accompanied by others (maids/ relatives), etc.
Digital validation at the gate for improved security: Digital retrieval records of service providers and delivery boys entering the premise and resident enabled workflow to validate visitors.
Management Committee/ Facility Office Dashboard: Real-time reporting of entry/exit in your community, digital profiles of service providers, attendance reports, intelligent reports for proactive actions, and much more.
Complaint Management - Residents can raise complaints, which will directly send a notification to the Facility Management.
Accounts & Payments - Residents can pay their maintenance through and generate invoices accordingly.
PO management - Maintain and track all the Purchase Orders released by the association/society.
Discussion Forums - Residents can create multiple forums based on their interests/hobbies.
Amenities Booking - Allows residents to book various facilities like Party hall, Gym, and Sports Center.
