Dont get lured by such ad. I have been victim to this builder at Windsor Troika. Waited for 5 years and at the end awarded with harrasment, humiliation and forced to pay hefty amount in name of interest without any justification or calculation that too in black without any receipts. The person who referred me also got same reward.

I cant even call this builder Windsor Builders a human. He delayed the project by 4 years and forcefully taken illegal interest with threats and on registration day inbetween registration process he called to his office to discuss and threatened if we will not go he will not complete the registration. After reaching his office he has taken my family into hostage and forced to pay another hefty amount. This was done after our photo and finger print submission in registar ofc and then taken forcefully signature on two MoU to release my family. Here his greed doesnt stopped and after registration again demanding 3.5 lacs. The builder is a dacoit. All this in black without any receipt. Beware of this kind of fraud who are into real estate to loot the hard earned money of the people.
